Por identificação, dedicação e experiência, somos hoje um escritório especialista em Direito Internacional, com a especialidade em demandas e requerimentos de Cidadania Italiana, voltados exclusivamente em trazer a atuação na área com a forma exclusivamente jurídica e profissional, distanciando-se assim da caracterização das agências de imigração e cidadania.
O escritório iniciou suas atividades no ano de 2008, sendo seu fundador o advogado Daniel Fonseca Dani, juntamente com outros colegas advindos da Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos. No início das atividades, o escritório trabalhava com ações coletivas e prestava assessoria para empresas do Estado, e a partir do ano de 2009 ampliou suas atividades nas áreas de direito do consumidor, principalmente em demandas oriundas da explosão imobiliária. Com o ingresso da advogada Jennifer Petry, especialista em Direito Público, no ano de 2010, o escritório agregou novos ramos do Direito Empresarial, passando a atuar de forma mais intensiva.
Especialistas formados pelo IBET, Instituto Brasileiro de Estudos Tributários, ambos os sócios continuaram atuando na área, atendendo empresas brasileiras. No mesmo período o escritório iniciou suas atividades na área do Direito Internacional, com demandas e requerimentos de cidadania italiana no Brasil e na Itália. Como advogados pertencentes ao bloco da União Europeia, e hoje estabelecidos na Toscana – Itália, o escritório passou a atuar em demandas e conteciosos na Itália.
